While 2020 has been a wild year thus far, artists continue to push through and express themselves by releasing new projects and giving fans what they want. Bands, DJ's, songwriters and rappers have helped us all through the global pandemic and there have been plenty of recent releases that caught our attention. One such artist is Edits by Chris or EBC, a rising rapper who just released a brand new mixtape "Teenage Years" on all major platforms!
Our TapSongz Team fell in love with EBC's flow from the beginning of the project. The raps and rhymes are smooth and go so well with the clean, polished production. EBC nailed the entire project with amazing production, excellent rapping and some awesome featured artists. Our TapSongz Team specifically loved "Who Knew", where EBC lays down a nasty beat and raps with heart and passion for over two and a half minutes. The song perfectly displays EBC's full potential as a rapper and artist. We also loved "Known Better" which has a chill, laidback vibe that is perfect to bump for summer. EBC's quick spitting and catchy melody make the track a winner in the project.
