The up and coming duo made up of Robert Gainley and Dr. No (first name Nick) turned Madison upside down on Friday night, April 22nd. They came in on a mission to get the crowd going and they did not disappoint. Their stop in Madison came in the middle of a very busy tour, previously performing in Las Vegas, Chicago, and New York to name a few. They are rising the ranks of the world’s DJs at an amazing speed, performing with the likes of The Chainsmokers, Sam Feldt, 3Lau, and many others.
They began the show with a few of their top hits but most of the first half of the performance was comprised of remixes of billboard hits like “Panda” (Desiigner), “Antidote” (Travis Scott), “White Iverson” (Post Malone), and “Let You Go” (Chainsmokers). They also performed their smash remix of Rihanna’s “Work”. With the help of great music, the light show and smoke machines made for an amazing atmosphere. The two are both extremely lively and energetic DJs that know how to party all night. They came on stage around 12:45am after the two opening DJs who performed at 10:45pm and 11:45pm.

Towards the latter half of the show they played many of their top songs, which is what the crowd was really waiting for. “Loveless”, “You”, and “Bad” were the highlights of the show, including a second performance of the latter for their encore. Throughout the confetti and euphoric light show, both Robert Gainley and Dr. No came out from behind the DJ booth to party with and greet fans in the first rows. This was an absolute hit amongst the fans as many were taking blurry selfies and videos while the rest of the crowd could not stop jumping around and dancing.
The duo will continue on to the last legs of their tour in Texas, California, and a few festivals such as EDC New York and Hangout Music Festival in Gulf Shores, Alabama, where they will be performing alongside the best of the best like Diplo, Tiesto, and Kygo. Be on the lookout because Lost Kings is a name that you will hear for years to come. They are fun fan favorites who know how to turn it up a notch. Overall amazing performers!
