Our TapSongz Team not only loves covering music but the entertainment industry in general whether it is live shows, events, podcasts or radio shows. We recently came across Evan and Bobby's podcast "We The Listenerz" and wanted to share the unique platform with our viewers.
Evan and Bobby went to high school together and decided to reunite nearly a decade later to discuss simple life matters. We loved their simple slogan "A podcast about life, hosted by two musicians trying to live it." What we liked most about the episodes is that they are unique and discuss interesting matters in a funny way. There are so many podcasts that cover the same generic topics and it gets old, but Evan and Bobby keep things lively all of the time. The guys have uploaded eight episodes to iTunes each roughly an hour long. Let us tell you - you won't be disappointed and will certainly be entertained.
We had the chance to ask Bobby about the show and he explained it perfectly. "It's an improv satire or an unrehearsed sketch that kind of pokes fun at music and podcasts in general," Bobby told our TapSongz Team. It can get fairly political and news oriented at times, but it is the variety that makes the podcast so easy to listen to. Our personal favorite episode was #7 "Pop-Up Audio". They covered some awesome songs and tell stories in a hilarious fashion. It was so entertaining listening to them jokingly discuss the least number of people you need to call a group a band. The energy they display in topics is always 100% and they put everything into the podcast. The guys clearly know each other well which is what makes the dialogue so fun to listen to. It is easy to relate joking around with your own closest friend from back home.
Be sure to support Evan and Bobby's podcast by checking it out on iTunes and following their social media. The funny, creative episodes are well worth your time whether you're bored on a weekend, trying to fall asleep, or walking to work and need a little extra spice in the morning. The guys are entertaining and their creativity shines in "We The Listenerz". Here at TapSongz, we thank you for reading this feature article as we continue providing you with tomorrow's best entertainment today!
